Customer Service Rep
DISK,LLC is seeking Customer Service -- Client Sales Representatives to join our growing team of remote inbound agents. We have a dynamic customer service support team that we are looking to build upon with individuals that are competitive, goal-oriented, and enjoy being a team player in a fun and fast paced environment.
Our Customer Service -- Client Sales Representatives respond to a wide array of inbound support questions from customers via phone. We answer questions, offer advice, resolve routine problems in service, sell additional products and services, and act as advocates for our client's customer service brand.

Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner. Listening attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer.
Provide basic client support in a call center setting via phone or e-mail by following processes which will identify if the issue can be quickly fixed, or if it needs to be escalated to a higher level client support representative.
Assist external users of the client's products or services by answering questions and solving problems involved in their use through Inbound Calls.
Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed.Brainstorm with the team to come up with ideas to resolve
Requirements to Get Started:

2) Landline phone with no features
3) Internet Explorer 8 or 9
4) USB Headset
5) Headset to plug into servicing phone
6) 2GB of Ram
7) High Speed Internet
A background check will be required to work as a Client Support Professional.
You will be able to set your own hours after training with a minimum of 20 hours per week required!
